The Registrar’s Office can assist you with your academic needs, including the admission and application process, registering for courses, transcript requests, and graduation.

Admission Application

For admissions to the National Labor College or Union Skills Courses, complete the NLC Application Form.

You may complete an application online on NLC IQ.Web.

You may mail or fax a printed version of the NLC Application Form.

Readmission Application

For readmission to the College, complete the Readmit Application Form.

Course Registration

Click on NLC IQ.Web to view current class offerings. Payment by credit card includes Visa, Master Card or American Express options. Complete an admission application before registering for courses.

Pass No/Credit Option Form

A letter grade is available for most courses at the National Labor College, however a pass/no credit is an option. To qualify for the Pass/No Credit option you must complete the Pass/No Credit Option Form.


Students receive one copy of an unofficial transcript for each week-in-residence that they attend. These transcripts are “unofficial” and for the individual student’s use.  Official transcripts are available to students at a cost of $10 each.  Students must sign a transcript release form to have their records sent to any other person or organization.  You may mail or fax a printed version of the Transcript Request Form.

Graduation Forms

Students may graduate in June or December. There is only one commencement - June. Graduates in December may participate in the June commencement the following year.

There is a $250 graduation fee.  All outstanding invoices must be paid 30 days prior to graduation.

Students must complete the Intent to Graduate Form.
December 2008 graduation candidates should complete the form by August 1, 2008.
June 2009 graduation candidates should complete the form by February 1, 2009.
